Can I book a transfer for a colleague or company guest?
Yes. An assistant, company coordinator or hotel concierge can book for a colleague, executive, client or company guest. Enter the booking contact’s details and add the traveller’s details in the notes. Movira can coordinate pickup with the traveller while keeping the booking contact informed.
Can I arrange a business transfer to or from Ljubljana?
Yes. Movira provides corporate transport in Slovenia and private journeys to, from and within Ljubljana, plus selected European destinations. For an airport business transfer, include your flight details and onward address.
Can I arrange return or multi-stop business journeys?
Choose Round trip for a return journey or Custom for multiple stops or a different arrangement. Include meeting times and any additional stops in your notes so Movira can review the itinerary and price.
Can I choose between the SUV and VIP van?
Yes. Both are available as your preference, including the van for individual travellers who want more space. Include passenger and luggage details so we can confirm the right arrangement.
Are Wi-Fi and charging available?
Both vehicles have free Wi-Fi and USB charging. The VIP van also has a 220V power outlet.
Can we get a company invoice and choose how to pay?
You can pay by cash or card after the journey, or prepay by payment link once Movira has confirmed availability and price. Company invoices are available. For monthly company billing, we provide a service confirmation for each transfer, with payment by invoice at the end of the month. Tell us your preference when booking.
When is my business transfer confirmed?
The form sends a booking request. Movira reviews availability and confirms the price, pickup and journey arrangements directly with you; submission alone is not confirmation.
